Toby Finch

President

Toby has been an active member since inception of Local 748. He served previously as Secretary/Treasurer and Vice-President. Toby is currently serving his 2nd three year term as President.  He works as a Camera Operator locally and nationally.  

Leah Williams

Vice President

Leah has been a member of the union since the first year Local 748 was formed. She works as a Stage Manager on various live broadcasts and recorded events throughout the Phoenix market.

Don'Shea Brown

Business Agent

An accomplished EVS and Robo operator, Don'Shea Brown has risen to the challenge of being the IATSE 748 Business Agent.

Dave Warner

Secretary/Treasurer

Dave has served since 2007. He works locally as a Video operator.
